Here is my Uber-Awesome Egg Nog. I probably drink through 4 cups of this a day because… YUM!

Angela’s Egg Nog
Add
- 2 Cups 2% Milk
- 2 cups whole whipping cream
- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 Cups white sugar
- 1 tsp Angela’s Spice Mixture
Pour all these ingredients into the Cocomotion by Mr. Coffee.

Angela’s Spice Mixture
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Clove
Mix this together. I use this same combination for my Cranberry Sauce Recipes… and my cookies… and my Egg Nog. I keep it on hand.
Notes on the “Milk” ratio
I experiment with my recipes until I get EXACTLY what I want. I am currently playing around with the recipe to get the exact texture I want from my egg nog.
I began with 4 cups 2% milk, but wanted more thickness this year.
I’ve use:
- 3 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup Whole Whipping Cream.
I prefer
- 2 Cups 2% milk
- 2 Cups Whole Cream
Next I will try
- 3 Cups Whole Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup 2% Milk
