It’s 7:10. I have to run my kids out to the bus stop, refresh my coffee, grab a biscotti, then write the next scene in Bergen: Bane.
I’m back. It’s 7:29. I fed my fish (Shubunkins…I named them all Fred) I have my coffee and my biscotti. Sunlight is pouring through the window onto my keyboard. It is a 43 degree New York day and my son says, “It’s warm today.” He’s right. 43 is warm for my area.
I have been trying to write this scene now for months. I just can’t bring myself to do it. It’s so boring. And if the scene is so boring to write, how can I expect you to read it?
No! I must change it. I must make it more interesting. Where does Bergen’s story get interesting… *GASP* When he enters the library! I have it! Bergen breaks into the forbidden library and then Ciardha finds him! Ooooh! So much better! Thank you dear reader for playing the white board this morning!
I’m off!
