“Let’s go, Bergen!” You proclaim and lead Bergen back out the door in which he came.

“Alright!” Bergen shouts. “Villages we will plunder! Offspring we will sire!”

“Not together I hope,” you add.

“This day, we drink! My deeds will be written about this day! And I’m going to write them! Come! I know just the place to escape Angela’s imagination!”

“I can’t tell you.”

“Why not?”

“Because no one can know. Or I’d be breaking my promise.”

“To…?”

“To Zabbai.”

“What happened to Zabbai?”

“What indeed…” She was once the Desert Queen… and I her guard. When last I saw her… I left her to die on the banks of the Ufratu river. There, she bound me to a single vow.”

“And this vow?”

“You must go. I appreciate your loyalty, but this is as far as I go with you. I must send you back. Here. Take this.”
